The Role

The Workforce Planning Advisor will work collaboratively with staff across the School to drive and support casual planning, recruitment and on-boarding, working closely with the School finance team and members of the School Executive

Your Responsibilities

This position is primarily accountable for the casual workforce in the School of Engineering throughout the year and will involve but not limited to engagement and induction of casual staff and support accurate and timely pay of casual staff by entering work schedules into RMIT systems such as SAP.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this position you will have demonstrated experience analysing and manipulating data in order to assist with decision making, along with a highly analytical approach to problem solve and implement solutions. Experience working with a casual workforce in the Tertiary Education sector will be highly desirable.
