As a member of the team, the Workforce Planning Officer will support activities across the School such as academic workload allocation, recruitment and on-boarding and preparation of HR paperwork.
The Position will contribute to high quality service provision as well as cultural and work practice changes that support the College's strategic directions.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have a strong HR administration background with a commitment to continuous improvement and a customer focused approach. Previous experience working in a continuously changing environment and your ability to use your initiative and prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines will be essential to your success.
