International Regional Manager, Middle East and North Africa
About the position
The International Regional Manager will assume responsibility for international student recruitment in a number of international markets as designated by the Director, International, with a primary focus on the Middle East and North Africa region.
Reporting to the Associate Director, International, this role will be responsible for developing a strategic recruitment and engagement plan to build Bond’s profile in markets of responsibility and achieve international student recruitment outcomes.
The successful candidate will represent Bond University in-country, assist applicants through the enrolment process, develop appropriate relationships with external stakeholders, and manage the agent network in designated markets. The position will contribute to the ongoing planning process, implementation and evaluation of the university’s international marketing and student recruitment activities.
About the person:
The ideal applicant will be degree qualified with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding organisational targets, preferably within a higher education environment. Experience in international student recruitment and engagement will be highly regarded, as will business experience in the Middle East and North Africa region. Location of staff member (in Australia or in the MENA region) will be negotiated. The commencing salary for the position is $89,502 plus 9.5% superannuation pa, however total salary package will be reviewed with previous experience in mind.
