About the position
The Transformer is a newly created co-curricular program designed to enable innovation, foster student development and enhance the overall student experience at Bond University. The program is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all faculties and is supported by dedicated Bond academics and staff, industry experts, mentors, state-of-the-art facilities and a range of workshops, events and other resources.
This position will manage the day to day operations of the program as well as provide high level administrative support to the Director, Transformer to ensure that the strategic objectives of the program are met. The Program Manager, Transformer will also be responsible for managing the development and delivery of all program learning activities as well as reporting on all phases of participants’ progress. This position is also responsible for recruiting and coordinating program coaches and developing and managing the mentoring program.
The Program Manager, Transformer will ensure effective promotion of the program, work collegiately with other areas of the University as well as develop processes and procedures to ensure consistent outcomes and continuous improvement.
About the person:
To be considered for this appointment you will possess a relevant tertiary qualification, preferably at the postgraduate level within the education, instructional design and/ or program management field. Experience in the research, design and delivery of educational programs relating to entrepreneurship, innovation or related fields will be an advantage as will experience managing the design, implementation and administration of a large educational program in a dynamic environment.
You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to enable and assist with the program’s success. Exceptional organisational, administrative, project management and time management skills are essential.
Experience working in a higher education institution or similar learning focused organisation is highly desirable.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $89 502 plus 9.5% superannuation pa.
