Future Student Enquiries is responsible for providing face-to-face, telephone and online service to those seeking information on undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the University of South Australia.
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, customer and sales focused individuals who are passionate about delivering advice and support to prospective students, to join our Future Student Enquiries team. These positions also assist with campus tours and career evening activity and are responsible for updating and maintaining the prospective student customer relationship database.
Successful applicants will be employed on a casual basis, however there is an expectation that you will have full availability to assist with staff leave and peak recruitment periods. Some after-hours and weekend work may be required.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have an outstanding level of customer service and sales experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills to a wide range of stakeholders as well as the ability to work cohesively in a team environment. Previous experience in the Tertiary sector is desirable but not essential.
