Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour
As part of our on-going development strategy, the University Of Greenwich Faculty Of Business is seeking a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. Applicants with experience in teaching and research are encouraged. We would particularly welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following: quantitative research methods; HR analytics; reward and talent management; leadership; the quality / structure of work; employee wellbeing.
The Business Faculty, based in the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich – a UNESCO World Heritage site – has a strong commitment to diversity and internationalism and this is reflected in our staff and student profiles.
The Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour has a portfolio of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in the areas of Business Management, Human Resource Management and Business Psychology. The successful applicant will join our research community with the aim of contributing to our REF submission in 2021. We actively encourage professional development, including Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy and, ideally, membership of the CIPD.
Applicants need to be confident in developing inspiring course materials and learning activities, and providing excellent student care. This role offers opportunities for research and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels within a blended learning environment. Applicants should be interested in promoting academic attainment through an inclusive curriculum and committed to developing student employability and ambition.
