Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Visual Cognition, specifically face and object perception, to commence as soon as possible for two years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related area, with experience in human visual cognition. Experience in programming experiments in visual psychophysics (e.g., Matlab, Python) is highly desirable. Computational modeling experience would be an advantage, but not required. The appointee will work on projects on visual processing of the human face, particularly (1) the role of holistic processing in face perception, (2) the other-race effect in face perception, and (3) social categorizations of faces.
