Cost and Contract Manager

We are now looking for a Cost and Contracts Manager to join our ambitious team. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to work at Sheffield Hallam and be instrumental in delivering significant scale projects within our large and varied estate, including capital new builds and exciting transformational refurbishments. The role will also entail embedding a new contract management system that will enable us to cement good relationships at all levels of our supply chain, deliver sector leading performance, drive efficiency gains and optimise costs, to deliver true value through our innovative delivery partner alliance.
As a new, joining colleague, you will be involved in both the delivery of projects within the estate as well as supporting the execution of the Estates teams’ ambition to be truly sector leading in its’ approach to project delivery whilst remaining right at the heart of a world-leading organisation
