Senior Registry Course Administrator

The Faculty of Business and Law has a vacancy for two Senior Registry Course Administrator based in Faculty Registry. The vacancies will be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis in order to provide cover for secondments.
You will lead and manage a team to provide complete course support for one of the Schools within the Faculty and be part of the Faculty Registrars Senior Team. You will work closely with all academic staff within the relevant School and coordinate all registry support functions to support the student journey.
You will also support and advise students from across the faculty on module, course and programme matters. In addition you will deal with queries from external organisations and liaise with a variety of staff both in the Faculty and across the University.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent, and/or be able to demonstrate relevant administrative experience. Significant experience of administrative systems/procedures, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, good communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative are essential.
Previous experience based in an HEI environment and/or previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.
