- Full-time, two (2) year fixed term contract
- Salary range: $77,454 - $85,467 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
UniSA Online has a new supervisory opportunity, overseeing the day-to-day activities as well as being an active member of the Student Support Team from enrolment and progression for UniSA Online students through to the completion of their degree program. You will coach, guide and be part of this student facing team of Student Advisors, ensuring they provide quality service to online students, in line with key processes and procedures.
Working with the Team Leader UniSA Online Student Support and Retention, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of online student administration and progression processes, undertake Agent quality coaching towards the team’s achievement of service delivery targets including student retention, and independently coordinate all aspects of student support record keeping.
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will bring a minimum three years supervisory experience in a high volume service delivery environment (e.g. customer contact centre, customer support activities), with a focus on consistently achieving service level and client service management targets. As a highly skilled coach, you will have extensive experience developing others in a service delivery environment including quality call monitoring, training facilitation, rostering and general team operation.
