The successful applicants would be joining the Management Discipline within the UQ Business School. The Management Discipline is one of the strongest groups of management scholars in Australia, with 21 full-time academic staff. The UQ Business School is seeking Lecturers (Teaching Focused Level B) for 2 year fixed term appointments, to be engaged in undergraduate teaching in management courses in the areas of human resources, industrial relations, management communications, careers, organisational behaviour and/or leadership.
Applicants should have attained (or submitted / all but dissertation) a PhD in Management or a closely related discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience in directly related to the Management Discipline's teaching programs. Demonstrated success in teaching and a high level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a full-time, 2 year fixed-term teaching focused appointment with an expected commencement for Semester 2, 2018. The remuneration package for a Lecturer (Level B) will be in the range of $92,142.74 - $109,419.20 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $107,807.01 - 128,020.46 p.a.).
