The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS)

The role

As first point of contact in the HR Systems and Analysis team, the role provides incident resolution and service request management for HR Systems. The role will perform fortnightly operational activities, including user administration. In addition, the role will assist in resolution of identified problems and also test new features and functionality of HR Systems.

The person

The successful appointee will hold degree level qualifications with proven relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and or education/training. It is essential to be able to provide a high level of  problem solving skills and analytical ability including the ability to obtain and interpret information and make specific recommendations. Applicants with knowledge in Aurion, UQJobs, a Configuration Management Database System, ITIL Certification or understanding of ITIL Service Management will be highly regarded.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 6. The remuneration package will be in the range $74,207.07 - $79,964.50 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of 17% (total package will be in the range $86,822.27 - $93,558.46 p.a.).
