About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an Associate Lecturer or Lecturer to teach into undergraduate and postgraduate courses in one or more of the following areas:
- Professional Nursing
- Mental Health Nursing
- Medical/Surgical Nursing
- Acute Care Nursing
- Aged Care
- Paediatric Nursing
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and develop research that aligns with the Faculty’s research profile.
Start Date: Mid-June in preparation for Session 2, 2018
You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration and relevant clinical experience in any one of the specialist areas.
You will also bring to this role:
- Demonstrated excellence in learning and teaching activities with knowledge of the educational needs of students
- Appropriate and relevant postgraduate qualification; for appointment at Lecturer level:completion of, or substantial progress towards a Doctorate
- Strong professional links with relevant industry and the community
- Proven ability, commitment and passion for engaging in research activities
- For appointment at Lecturer level, experience in research activities with evidence of a publications track record would be desirable.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range:Associate Lecturer: $76,630 - $93,330 pa; Lecturer: $101,932 - $116,641 pa
This role attracts 17%superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis..
