The Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, which encompasses a MD program and suite of professional health degrees, has the strongest research profile within Bond. Reporting directly to Vice-Chancellor, this is a significant role within the University that requires an experienced academic leader who can continue momentum and drive a culture of growth, performance and financial accountability. The Dean should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the gravitas to maintain a strong program of external engagement with key stakeholders.
About the person:
The role calls for an entrepreneurial leader with networking and relationship building skills and the capacity to inspire and engage staff. The new Dean should be a brand builder with a strong student focus who can position the Faculty for continued success.
