Executive Assistant to Dean, Metropolitan College, Administration
Provide advanced administrative support directly to the Dean. Contact and impact of work includes key constituents both internal and external to the University. Ensure all administrative activities of the Dean's Office are conducted seamlessly through careful attention to detail and consistent follow-up and oversight. Gather, assemble and analyze information and data from a wide variety of sources. Perform a broad range of complex duties involving confidential or technical information, such as compiling reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas. Respond to routine correspondence, research background material and respond to visitors and telephone calls. Compose correspondence and documentation on behalf the Dean and conduct necessary research to ensure all the topic details are accurate an complete. Manage a busy and constantly changing calendar of meetings and travel. Produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations or other documents.
B.A./B.S. preferred. Individual must have three to five years of related experience. Must be a self-motivated individual. Must be able to present a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when soliciting interest in Metropolitan College; Must be professional in presentation and have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must have strong computer skills; Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
