Apply your strong leadership and business management experience and take a lead role in the day-to-day operations or the College of Nursing and Midwifery.

The Charles Darwin University (CDU) research portfolio is impressive for a small, youthful university. Ranked in the top 2% of world universities, CDU is currently placed 31st in the top 100 universities in the world under 50 years of age.

The College of Nursing and Midwifery delivers teaching in the areas of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Science, offering a range of undergraduate, honours and postgraduate programs.

As College Manager you provide operational management support to the Dean of the College, manage college-level administration, including budget and resource management, and supervision to the administrative staff. Your responsibilities also include contributing to the development and delivery of College and University policies and procedures, and the maintenance of effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a newly created position as the University moves towards a College based structure, you will need to demonstrate agility and flexibility as the structure settles in and be comfortable managing change.

Ideally, you will have completed a postgraduate qualification in business management or relevant discipline, or have extensive management knowledge with relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in financial planning and management, and the ability to deliver positive, innovative solutions to complex strategic and operational issues is essential. Experience working in a nursing or medical centre environment would be well received.
