About the Role

This position is responsible for a campus based Library team, and is responsible for addressing strategic campus and Division based issues. This position is also responsible for the management and the delivery of facilities, services and resources in support of the academic programs and the research activities of the University. 

Skills and Experience 

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring with you extensive experience in leading a service delivery team within a complex operating environment, including the development, implementation and continuous improvement of work practices and procedures. You will have well-developed strategic and problem-solving skills, including the ability to be innovative and creative in providing advice and solutions to service needs. You will also have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with senior academic, research and educational staff across the University.
