Head of the Student Conduct Office

The Head of the Student Conduct Office is responsible for the oversight and management of the University’s overall approach to student complaints and discipline under the supervision of the Director of Student Support and Wellbeing. In addition, the Head of the Student Conduct Office manages the full-time staff dedicated to delivering the University’s strategic approach to the sexual violence and misconduct agenda, overseeing the management of misconduct allegations and supervision of the member of staff providing administrative support to the Office.
The role manages complex and difficult matters that inevitably arise within a large University. For this reason, the post-holder is provided with active management support and the opportunity for independently facilitated, reflective space to discuss the impact of managing a complex and challenging workload.
