Student Wellbeing Services Administrator
The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint a Student Wellbeing Services Administrator to work within their busy Student Support and Wellbeing team. You will be required to contribute to developing and maintaining effective and efficient administrative systems to support specialist functions and the wider service. You will be part of a wider administrative team supporting colleagues across the Mental Health & Wellbeing and Inclusive Support teams.
Duties will include but are not restricted to assisting with the administration, coordination and delivery of the service. Providing support for the various teams and responding to customer support queries by telephone, email, or in person, and logging the information in a clear and accurate manner, referring complex support queries to the appropriate professional service.
Joining our friendly and welcoming team, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with staff and students and other agencies in person, in writing and on the telephone.
An awareness of confidentiality and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is crucial for this role.
