The Role 

We are currently seeking a part time Student Recruitment Manager, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences to join our team. The Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing tactical recruitment plans to increase student enrolments across all programs within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences including our flagship MD.

Reporting to the Associate Director Postgraduate and Product, you will work in partnership with key professional and academic staff in the faculty to develop, deliver and review student recruitment initiatives, programs and events aligned to integrated campaign plans. You will provide advice and support to the Faculty on student recruitment, and build and manage relationships with faculty staff to develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing or related discipline
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated extensive experience building and managing relationships and partnerships
  • A track record of developing and implementing successful student recruitment campaigns, programs and initiatives including the ability to identify issues, develop resolution strategies
  • Proven influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder support
  • Proven ability to manage large scale events and projects concurrently
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the health and medical industry

Salary Package: from $100,706 - $112,058 per annum (pro-rata) (HEW Level 8) plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

Appointment Type: part-time (17.5 hours per week), continuing position
