The Role

This position assists in the overall coordination of the research program processes such as admission to candidature, progress reporting, submission and completions, and handling general queries from prospective and current students.

Your Responsibilities

The Administrative Officer, Research Students is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to candidates undertaking research programs leading to award of a Masters by research or PhD.

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate experience in administration within a tertiary institution. An ability to use your initiative and prioritise a varying workload to meet competing deadlines is essential. A proven commitment towards a high level of customer service and managing diverse stakeholders within higher degree research candidature and scholarships is highly desirable.
