The University of Central Lancashire is committed to delivering Degree Apprenticeships that meet the needs of employers and successful fill skills gaps to facilitate positive change and growth. The University has worked with employers and professional bodies to develop the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, and there is substantial interest in this Degree Apprenticeship from employers in a range of sectors across East Lancashire.
An exciting opportunity has risen for a Course Leader/Coordinator for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.

We are seeking a positive individual who has a passion to create a flagship programme and develop a reputation of quality with employers in the East Lancashire region. The post holder will work as a team with colleagues delivering the same qualification at the main campus in Preston. The successful applicant must have experience of teaching in the area of business and management as they will be required to teach on the BA (Hons) Business and Management course at the Burnley campus.

You must have a flexible approach to learning and teaching, and theability to engage with work based learning using technology with a willingness to work effectively with employers. The successful applicant will create effective partnerships to develop the workforce.

Candidates must possess course leadership, or equivalent, experience and have experience of working with professional bodies for recognition of programmes. Furthermore, you must have a proven track record of working with employers and experience of supporting work based learners. Educated to at least Masters level, the successful applicant will also hold a teaching qualification or be a member of the HEA and be an excellent networker.
