First Line Support Team Administrator 
Ref: 020886
Salary: Grade 4, £18,777 - £21,585 per annum.

These two posts are full time and fixed term: 25 June 2018 to 12 October 2018.

The main purpose of these posts is to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the First Line Support Team during the 2018 University registration and enrolment period.

The First Line Support team provide the first point of contact for both new and existing students, whilst also liaising closely with other teams and staff across the University who provide second and third line support, ensuring an integrated and customer-oriented approach.
