Experience of studying or working in a social science setting will have developed your skills in designing data collection approaches and analysing data. In order to be successful, you must strike a balance between being data oriented and having the ability to engage with staff and students at all levels, and in a range of settings.
About the Role
The Student Experience Team is newly formed to enable the delivery of a top class and seamless experience for our students through a collaborative approach to coordinating student focused activity, with students as partners at the heart of what we do.The Student Insights Manager is one of ten new roles for the University as part of this ongoing commitment to enhancing the student experience.
In this role, you will develop an institutional approach to student feedback processes (both quantitative and qualitative) to support faculties and professional services to employ effective and well-timed collection processes with high rates of student engagement.
