We are a busy team working in a changing environment. We are involved in the delivery of Continuing Professional Development programmes to a wide variety of health and social care professionals. This includes advising potential students of our portfolio and processing applications as well as involvement in budget management and making housekeeping arrangements. Our work is still developing, and we are increasingly involved in some exciting new contracts which have been awarded to the University.

You will be customer-focused and commercially aware. You will also be able to respond effectively to shifting priorities and deadlines,to maintain high standards of accuracy whilst working at speed and to work on your own initiative whilst being a strong team member. You will use your excellent written, oral and face-to-face communication skills to deliver a high standard of service to applicants, students, employers, academic and other staff of all levels.

Some knowledge of admissions and Registry processes would be an advantage but overall, we want someone who is willing to get involved, to learn quickly and to have a commitment to providing a first-class service to our customers. We are a supportive and friendly team and work closely together to achieve our objectives.

As you will be involved in managing the team on a day-to-basis you should have supervisory experience and be willing to take overall responsibility for some aspects of the team's work. You will also need experience of financial processes and associated record keeping.
