Administrative Assistant, Human Resources
Provide administrative support for the Vice President of Human Resources and assist the HR Management team as needed. Establish and maintain relationships within and across departments. Coordinate meetings/conferences/events for the department including room reservations, catering, and media service requests. Process invoices, disbursement forms, expense reports and maintain office inventory budget.
B.A./B.S. and one to three years of related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high degree of initiative, strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Must work effectively as both a team player and individual contributor. Ability to multi-task, problem solve and meet multiple and in some cases, conflicting deadlines. A high level of professionalism and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels. Must work effectively with highly confidential information and demonstrate a high level of discretion at all times.
