Apprentice Learning & Development Administrator
Are you looking to start a career in Higher Education as an apprentice administrator? This post is to support the Learning and Development Team, within HR & Organisational Development.
The Learning & Development (L&D) team supports the University’s work in the on-going, long-term development of employee’s skills, knowledge and behaviour so that they can fulfil their potential within the organisation and beyond. The team is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of L&D initiatives and to support university wide strategic change initiatives.
As an Apprentice, you will be part of this busy team, striving to provide the highest quality service to its internal and external customers. The work can be interesting and varied and will require you to assist all team members to carry out a full range of administrative activities as well as dealing with general enquiries. Full training and support will be offered.
You will require a good standard of numeracy and literacy; have good communication skills both written and verbal; be able to work as part of a team; use your own initiative and be enthusiastic to learn new skills/tasks. Attention to detail and experience in using Microsoft Office is essential.
