Accounts Coordinator, Mugar Library, Acquisitions

Working closely with others in Business Services and Collection Development, the Accounts Coordinator of Mugar Memorial Library Business Services Unit is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all orders and invoices in the Alma records related to Mugar Memorial Library materials budget purchases. Reporting to the Electronic Resources and Acquisitions Librarian, the Accounts Coordinator acts as a resource person for staff members and vendors who have questions or problems relating to order status and invoice payments.
The Accounts Coordinator assists the Electronic Resources and Acquisitions Librarian and the Head of Collection Development by investigating and resolving payment problems between vendors and Mugar Memorial Library and acts as liaison between the library and vendors for routine matters.
1-3 years experience; bachelors degree preferred
