Aston University is seeking to appoint a Student Engagement & Experience Coordinator to work within the Student Experience Team which forms part of Student and Academic Services.
The quality and breadth of support for incoming students is fundamental to this role as is the importance of the student experience for the entire student journey during their time at the University.
You will work as part of the Student Experience Team to provide a range of events and activities for all students, including assisting with the organisation and planning of the main University Freshers’ Week. You will also assist with the monitoring of student engagement through the University Attendance Recording and Tier 4 Student Engagement Monitoring systems.
You will be also responsible for the information available to all incoming students, such as the pre-arrival guides and information on the pre-arrival website.
The successful applicant may be subject to a DBS check.
This post is to cover maternity leave for 12 months or whenever the postholder returns, whichever is sooner.
