Job Description

The Senior Program Coordinator position at the Boston University Questrom School of Business is the face of the Feld Center for Industry Alliances (Feld Center) front office, responsible for greeting and engaging with students, employers, alumni, and internal partners who come through Questroms Feld Center. This person will assist with marketing & communications creation and support activities such as Feld site content, newsletters, social media, and flyers while also acting as the supervisor for the student staff of the Feld Center and coordinate staffing schedules. Furthermore, the incumbent will process all paperwork and documentation related to the financials of the Feld Center and will work with the Manager of Marketing and Operations, the Executive Director of the Feld Center, and the Director of Employer Engagement to monitor and control the budget of the Feld Center. The candidate will also serve as the primary administrative support to the staff of the Feld Center.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, ability to multi-task, prove initiative and adhere to deadlines, ability to interpret Feld Center policies, such as service eligibility and authorization, which requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion, demonstrated responsibility for managing confidential information, ability to handle constant interruptions from various constituencies, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and one to three years of related experience.
