Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering, to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Engineering related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in experiential learning, entrepreneurship, student learning space and laboratory management, student project supervision, project coordination, curriculum development with emphasis on interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship and knowledge exchange. He/She should have strong leadership and ability to manage resources effectively; strong communication and interpersonal skills. These with substantial teaching experience in professional training are preferred.

The appointee will join the development project team for a new innovative learning space for cross-departmental learning of the Faculty, which aims at nurturing students with the innovative and entrepreneurship mindset to offer solutions for emerging complex engineering problems. He/She will work and liaise closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and perform any other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary.
