Teaching Fellow in Roman History

The Department of Classics and Ancient History is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified candidate to a one-year fixed-term teaching fellowship in Roman History for the academic year 2018/19 (1 September 2018 – 31 August 2019).
The successful applicant will contribute to research-led teaching of Roman History at all levels, and may also be required to make a contribution to the teaching of Latin and/or ancient Greek, particularly in the marking of exams. The successful candidate should have a research specialism in some aspect of Roman history, which is an area in which the Department has particular teaching needs.
