Senior Degree Advisor
- Based in the UniSA Online Unit located at Light Square, Adelaide
- Full-time, two (2) year fixed term contract
- Salary range: $77,454 - $85,467 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
As the Senior Degree Advisor you will be responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day activities of the UniSA Online student enquiry and admissions functions. You will supervise a dedicated high performing team of Degree Advisors who manage all enquiries and student admissions to UniSA Online through a formalised opportunities and sales management process. This role ensures the provision of quality sales delivery and admissions advice to UniSA Online prospects.
Working with the Team Leader UniSA Online Enquiries and Admissions you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of enquiries and admissions processes, undertake Agent quality coaching towards the team’s achievement of sales targets, and coordinate all aspects of sales and admissions record keeping.
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will have a minimum three years supervisory experience in a high volume sales related environment (e.g. customer contact centre, customer support activities), with a focus on achieving sales and client service management targets. You will be emotionally intelligent with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, allowing you to provide effective and insightful engagement with a diverse range of people.
If you have experience in coaching and developing others in a sales delivery environment, including quality call monitoring, training facilitation, rostering and general high performance team operation, as well as demonstrated experience in consistently achieving sales targets and advanced working knowledge of web-based CRM systems (i.e. Sales Force, , Dynamics, Oracle), we want to hear from you!
