Lecturer in Operations & Supply Chain Management
Coventry Business School is expanding significantly and we currently have a vacancy for the Lecturer position in Operations and Supply Chain Management to our already vibrant and expanding School of Strategy and Leadership. The Business School has enjoyed considerable success in recent years and we are looking to continue to build on this success. The successful candidate will become part of the team that delivers our Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in the school in addition to playing a significant role in enhancing the research culture and environment of the school.

The purpose of the L role is as follows:
1. To contribute to teaching and learning in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
2. To engage actively in applied research and income generation with a particular focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management.
It is essential that teaching is informed by contemporary research and provides the ability for your students to engage in debate. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of successful student outcomes, and a growing research profile. You will be able to demonstrate innovative approaches to teaching and for students through the use of a wide range of learning resources and pedagogic practice.
At the Lecturer level, you will be expected to be developing a strong record of research, teaching, and curriculum design or demonstrate potential for this.
