International Partnerships and Student Recruitment (IPSR) Administrator
Cranfield is an exclusively postgraduate university that is a global leader for education and transformational research in technology and management.
This role is in the International Partnerships and Student Recruitment Department (IPSR) which supports the wider University in its goals to:
• Support and drive Student Recruitment.
• Provide a first-class admissions service for student recruitment.
• Create and support International Partnerships for student recruitment.
• Support the Schools in broader student recruitment marketing activities.
In this role you will provide a wide range of general administrative support for the department, this could include purchasing/budget processes, diary management, minute taking and maintaining the electronic filing systems. You will also help ensure compliance of the department with health and safety and other university requirements.
You will have a good standard of GCSE (or equivalent) education, including English and Maths. You will have relevant administrative experience and a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, email, the internet, online filing systems and corporate purchasing.
You will also have strong organisational, problem and trouble-shooting skills. You will be adaptable and able to work unsupervised with a strong customer-service ethic.
