Job Description

This Senior Program Coordinator role will assist the Director and Assistant Director in the daily administrative operations of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, including account and budget managing support, database and files maintenance, and event planning logistics. This position maintains Program events and travel calendar for staff and Fellows. The Senior Program Coordinator will support Fellows with a variety of different needs, including serving as a resource regarding health insurance inquiries, researching BU resources available to Fellows, and managing community service initiatives. This role will serve as a secondary liaison to internal and outside entities including the Institute for International Education (IIE) in Washington, D.C. Due to the nature of the Program, some evening and weekend work may be required. About the Hubert H. Required Skills

  • B.A./B.S. degree required
  • One to three years of prior administrative experience
  • Excellent administrative and organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
