Applications are invited for appointment as Full-time/Fractional/Part-time Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (holding the title of Educational Psychologist) in the Department of Psychology, to commence on September 1, 2018 for up to three years.
Applicants should have a Master's or Doctoral degree in School/Educational Psychology (professional practice), at least 2 years' work experience in relevant discipline and an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. The appointee will provide professional support and consultation for a large scale project supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in schools, including student training, teacher training, parent support, programme evaluation and development of programme resources. Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Lecturer.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for fixed-term Senior Lecturer/Lecturer. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable for fixed-term Senior Lecturer.
