- Based at Magill Campus
- Full-time, fixed term contract for 13 months at level HEO 6 (or HEO 7, subject to qualifications and experience)
- Salary range: $77,454 - $85,467 (HEO 6); $85,467 - $96,150 (HEO 7) per annum
About the role
You will be responsible for managing a range of finance activities and the provision of expert advice for specific business areas within the Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences. If appointed at the HEO 7 classification, you will also support the Division Accountant in the management of complex finance activities across the whole of the Division.
Skills and Experience
You will have undergraduate qualifications in a finance related discipline, and will be a qualified member of a professional accounting body. You will also have previous experience in the development of forecasts, budgets and financial plans, and an advanced knowledge of accounting standards, structures, principles and practices.
To be considered at the HEO 7 classification level, you will also have previous experience in the strategic analysis of finance activities, and in the management of finance projects with multiple stakeholder interests.
