The role and your responsibilities
The Senior Coordinator Academic Services leads a team of professional services staff providing administrative support to the student life cycle from enrolment to graduation, including the provision of timely and accurate advice to students and academic staff. The ideal candidate will work collaborative with key internal and external client sand service users to provide expert advice relating to the policies and practices involved in delivering high quality student life cycle administration. You will be a part of the Academic Services Leadership team and is expected to establish and maintain a student-centred service culture within the Academic Services Centre and contribute to cultural and work practice changes that promote effective team working and a commitment to quality in service provision.
The skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will bring to the role your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with a diverse range of individuals, cultures and situations. Your relevant skills and experience in successfully leading, motivating and managing staff will be essential to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your high level administrative skills and ability to manage complex tasks with a commitment to meeting strict deadline.
