About the position

Working under the HR Services Team Leader, this position will provide administrative support and be the first point of contact (visitors, phone and email) with the HR Office. This position will also have dotted line reporting to the Workplace Health & Safety Manager and HR Advisor - Recruitment. & Training.

This role requires a sound knowledge of HR systems, policies and procedures in order to resolve matters at the lowest level possible before escalating issues to the HR Services Team Leader or HR specialists.

About the person:

Candidates will possess experience working in a HR administration environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and experience with payroll and HRIS systems. High level customer service and attention to detail is paramount as is the ability to set work priorities and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organisational and time management skills.

The commencing salary for this appointment is $55,442.87 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
