Accounting and Administration Officer
About the position
The Accounting and Administration Officer is responsible for providing a high level of organisational, accounting and administrative support within Library Services. The position is primarily responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, generating purchase orders, managing Library Services expense accounts and recording all incomes and expenses incurred through Library Services activities.
About the person:
The successful candidate will have a certificate qualification or higher in accounting together with significant experience in an accounting role. They will have a demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, budget administration and expense accounting. Proven organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines are keys to success in this role.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $64,835 plus 17.5% superannuation per annum.
