About the Job

Be an integral part of team driving excellence in the provision of work health, safety and injury management (WHS&IM) advice, support and development initiatives by partnering across the university. Provide leadership and influence through active communication and other methods, developing and maintaining a culture of strong and effective wellbeing and safety. Work closely with key stakeholders and lead projects.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in the role, you will bring demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills that reflect an understanding of the audience, are pragmatic and solution focussed, and are able to influence at a strategic and operational level. It is essential that you already have substantial experience in understanding organisational culture and implementing change through People Talent and Culture strategies.
