Remuneration: HEW 10A - Base salary of $141,012 per annum plus 17% superannuation and an annual incentive payment of up to a maximum of 10%

An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager of Analytics and Planning to join a collaborative and responsive team with a reputation for excellence in planning and analytics which informs the University’s strategic ambitions
As the successful candidate, you will be required to lead a highly motivated and experienced team of analysts. Reporting directly to the Director of UPS, you will also play a critical role within the UPS leadership team, collaboratively supporting UPS’s objectives, ensuring service delivery is proactive and responsive to the institution’s needs.
On a day to day basis, you will be accountable for the delivery of a responsive and proactive advanced analytical and advisory service to support the business and strategic needs of the institution. Your team will provide independent, real-time, reliable, well researched and reasoned insights which inform senior leaders on new initiatives, strategic projects, business proposals, strategies and business decisions. The analysis of your team will be critical to informing the future direction of the University and delivering operating and performance improvements. You will also initiate, develop and maintain strong networks with other functional areas to drive collaborative projects and cross-functional initiatives.
As a highly motivated and driven individual, your significant expertise in statistical analysis and data analytics, proven ability to act as a thought leader and change agent, ability to build relationships across the institution and team leadership experience will be critical to enabling you to achieve the vision for the Analytics and Reporting team within UPS.
