The Role and Your Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of activities related to the Building 8 consolidation project for the School. You will be responsible for providing high level, responsive project management services and specialist support across the full range of functions in relation to the project. You will play a key role in support of the service delivery improvements required to support the School's strategic directions and ensuring alignment with the University directions.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, engagement in change management initiatives and driving projects to completion. You will be a skilled administrator with with the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor, and evaluate workload to meet the needs and demands of a complex project
You will use your strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and be able to communicate effectively with staff at various levels within the organisation. Your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will be essential to your success in this role.
