The University of Canberra is seeking an experienced Educational Designer to join them. As part of Teaching and Learning, this role will contribute to curriculum design and development projects and support staff in implementing effective teaching and learning practices and the effective use of education technologies.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Education Innovation this role will liaise with academic and professional staff to conceptualise and realise a range of good practice models of teaching and learning for a coherent student experience. As part of the University’s continued commitment to high quality teaching and learning, you will promote and enable student-centered learning experiences and collaborative approaches to teaching aligned to UC’s pedagogical model.

You will have previously worked in a similar role and have experience applying higher education pedagogy including assessment and feedback for learning and the use of technology to enable teaching and learning.Expertise in work-integrated and experiential learning, indigenous cultural competency, entrepreneurialism and STEM in a higher education setting will be highly regarded.As a team player, your ability to communicate and influence various levels of stakeholders will be critical to the success of this role.
