Charles Darwin University’s (CDU) College of Education delivers teaching and research in education, foundation programs and academic language and literacy. The foundation programs provide students with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed at university, and our education programs enable students to specialise in early childhood, primary, secondary and tertiary education and training. 

Within the College, the Academic Language and Learning Group provides students with academic literacy development and offers academic language and learning, to all higher education students enrolled at the University.   

Development program as well as offering one-on-one support to CDU higher education students from non-English language backgrounds. 

To be successful, you require a postgraduate qualification in areas relevant to TESOL and English for Academic Purposes (EAP), and demonstrated experience in developing and teaching context based English language development courses for undergraduate and postgraduate university students.
