Information Technologist, Help Desk
- Based in Information Strategy and Technology Services at the Mawson Lakes campus
- Full-time, continuing position
- Salary range: $66,774 - $79,459 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
The Information Technologist: Help Desk is a member of the IT Help Desk Team, and uses their broad technical knowledge, experience and analytical skills to solve the majority of problems at the first contact. They require good listening skills and the ability to extract and filter the correct information from users and superior customer service skills to liaise with people at all levels of IT literacy in a professional and timely manner.
Skills and Experience
To be successful you will have broad technical knowledge, experience and analytical skills to deliver a professional service to our staff and students. You will also have well-developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills along with excellent organisation and time management practices.
