Our team’s main responsibility is to attract and recruit learners to the School’s Executive Degree Programmes, and we are dedicated to providing the very highest standards of customer care both to the delegates attending the programmes and to their internal customers who are primarily members of Faculty and Associates running the programmes. Part of the team’s responsibility is the management of Rankings and Accreditations and the relationship with representatives of external accreditations bodies. In this role, you will sometimes be customer-facing and will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the team.
To be successful in this role you will require previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role; be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint but particularly strong in Excel and be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with people at all levels of the business, from all different cultures, both in person and on the telephone. Excellent administrative skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and organise your workload to ensure relevant procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
