Salary: $99,199 - $107,370p.a. plus 17% superannuation

Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to be responsible for conceptualising and implementing strategic marketing plans for the Melbourne School of Professional and Continuing Education (MSPACE), in the Faculty of Business and Economics.

As the Marketing manager you will be involved in high-level marketing planning to develop effective market-driven strategies as well as a sustainable and scalable marketing model.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Customer Service, you will work closely with a number of stakeholders across the university to ensure alignment of marketing activity within the University and the application of best practice. You will also consult with external service providers, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure that all marketing and communication activity is effective and upholds the University of Melbourne brand.

The position supervises a team of marketing specialists.  

To be successful in this role you will hold a postgraduate qualification in marketing and extensive experience in management; or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.  You will also have experience in developing strategic and integrated marketing campaigns in all mediums within a large and complex organisation; in addition to experience managing a budget. Extensive experience leading a team to achieve targets and maintain high performance is essential.
