Boston University Marketing & Communications has an immediate opening for an experienced, savvy Account Supervisor on its Creative Services team. Youll advise clients on appropriate and cost-effective communications solutions and maintain positive communications by proactively anticipating and negotiating solutions to potential problems. Along with team members, youll develop project specifications, schedules and budgets plus manage billing. Youll work on a myriad of print and web design projects across the University alongside a team of creative designers, writers and project managers. Experience in higher education is a plus. Required Skills

B.S. or B.A. or equivalent. Familiarity with marketing principles and the creative process including web and print design. Five to eight years of experience in marketing communications. Demonstrated ability to resolve issues under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team atmosphere that includes colleagues, administrators and senior staff. Keen attention to detail. Agency experience a plus.
